    The Pilates Men's Class targets the entire body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen, stretch and balance your body, this class will get your heart up, have you breaking a sweat and feeling the pilates burn.

  • NEW! 10min Abs 3 (INTENSE)

    This goals class is a target boost for your abs! Add this class onto one of your other Pilates classes or take it if you're feeling like you need that core connection and deep burn!! Remember to keep your technique within this class and breathe.

  • 10min Toned Arms (SATISFYING & INTENSE)

    The Pilates Goals Classes focus on those areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it... arms, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, flatten and strengthen the tummy and sculpt the arms.

  • 30min Fluid Flow (SATISFYING)

    I want to imagine you're working through water for the entire class to add resistance and fluty throughout the class. This call will give you energy and help you feel light, open and connected!

    This full body stretch class is great for the weekends, after your classes, or on those days where you feel like your body need a little more love and length. If you need to modify these moves, use a prop to assist you or take the alternative stretch. x x x
