A post holiday workout to kickstart your body and mind back into a fitness and health routine. How this class is structured? I'll give you an exercise, we'll work for 1 full minute and then we'll burn that same muscle group as we keep building on each exercise!! If you need to stop and take breaks throughout the class that's fine, listen to your body and enjoy the movement. This class is a good full body reset!
This yoga inspired class is power flow. Build the heat in the body, creating length, strength and awareness in your body. Stay connected to your breath and keep the focus on your mat. Have a beautiful class.

I want to imagine you're working through water for the entire class to add resistance and fluty throughout the class. This call will give you energy and help you feel light, open and connected!
