The Pilates Goals Classes focus on those areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it... arms, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, flatten and strengthen the tummy and sculpt the arms.
This slow burn Pilates Class is all about connected back to your body, using resistant, control and technique. Keep coming back to your breath in this class and be mindful to really take the moment slowly.. the slower the better!
