The Pilates HIIT Class is a combination of strength, cardio, endurance and pilates techniques that have you buzzing from an endorphin HIIT. Increasing your heart rate is good for blood flow, heart and over all general health. It helps reduce stress and anxiety and can help you sleep better! Blast the music and get ready to sweat from a pilates and HIIT combos that will have you coming back for more.

Modifications are given in all HIIT classes for those who would like to take out jumping and modify strength work.
