SO perfect, I wanted to workout...but knew my body was a little stressed....This was incredible. It was balanced. both calm and fiery.

-really like stretching everything and prepping for the next cardio flow. The balancing is also very challenging as I’m trying to control the heart rate that slowly steady but at the same time need to focus in balancing.

That was so good! I am dripping in sweat 💦 After lots of consistency on my mat, I can finally do bunny hops with full control and technique. Super happy about my progress on this move because it was so hard after having 2 little ones💪

This one was so hard for me! I had to take breaks to not throw up! Its intense! I’m not sure if it’s just because I haven’t done that classes in a hot minute or if it’s just the class. I’M A SWEATY MESS!!

Absolutely incredible class, one of my favorites. I substituted the reverse burpee with intervals of 4 jump squats and 4 star jumps. Also continued jumping in the boxing series. The banded part was killer too. 10/10 class!

That class gave me an absolute sweat glow! The only thing I really struggled with technique wise was getting up controlled from those reverse burpees.

Another fantastic class! That didn't even feel like almost an hour long, I was having so much fun! LOVED those bunny hop/reverse burpees ❤️ I've also learned I still *loathe* high knees, but I did feel my core working so I'll let 'em slide 😅
