This class focusses on glute max and med giving you a tight and toned booty but also helps support lower pain and overall posture! You’ll be feeling the burn in all the right places! If you want a little extra spice, ankle weights are optional!
This workout is the perfect way to familiarise the pilates moves. Working with x3 rounds 50 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds and x8 different moves, this class will help you feel energised whilst working the entire body.
Enjoy this stretch on the weekends or midweek. It's perfect to do after a long week of working out. Even though the classes have stretches at the end of the class it's important to do an extra stretch class to nourish and lengthen out your body after doing so much strength work.
