This one of one class will go though your pilates breath work, core set up, all fours, downward dog and standing position. Take the time to learn the technique to apply to all your pilates classes! Once you get the technique you will get so much more out of your movement within the classes! Be patient and consistent, stay focussed and overtime this will become muscle memory. x x
This stretch will relieve tension in your lower back giving your body a little extra love during this time. This stretch is a gift from you to your body, connect to your breath and centre yourself. Enjoy your class beautiful.

This is a visualisation calm class. Imagine you're looking up at the most beautiful sky, the stars are twinkling, there's not lights around, it's just you look up at the sky. Find a comfortable seated potion, or if you'd prefer, lay down.
Leg elevation regulates blood flow, relieves swollen ankles, improves digestion, restores tired feet or leg and above all, it's relaxing and feels so nice!!
