This barre class requires a chair that you can stand on! Make sure it's placed on a steady surface so it's secure throughout the class, if you do not feel safe and secure, take the modifications given without standing on the chair. This class is a combination of pilates, ballet, cardio and strength which is designed to lengthen your whole body and help you find your center. It also includes targeted bursts to the core, arms and booty!
