    This workout is the perfect way to familiarise the pilates moves. Working with x3 rounds 50 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds and x8 different moves, this class will help you feel energised whilst working the entire body.

    A post holiday workout to kickstart your body and mind back into a fitness and health routine. How this class is structured?
