  • 30min Post Holiday Workout 2 (INTENSE)

    This is a post holiday workout! I always encourage clients to take time to relax, switch off and really enjoy resting! This class will get you back into a workout routine as well as wake up and target those reseted muscles ;) Take breaks whenever you need! x x

  • 30min Pilates Morning Flow (INTENSE)

    This Pilates morning flow is a beautiful practice after a big nights sleep which will open up for body, get tour energy flowing to set you up for the day. Set an intention and set yourself up for the day ahead. Enjoy the movement! xx

  • 45min Strength and Cardio (INTENSE)

    This is a strength and cardio class with the perfect mix of both! If you don't like cardio or jumping, you can still take this class with the modifications given! Keep The Pilates techniques and enjoy the burn!

  • 30min Full Body 1 (INTENSE)

    Our signature full body class! Modifications are given for our TPC beginners and more intense options for those who are feeling a little more energised and want those more intense options in today's class.

  • 45min Full Body 2 (INTENSE)

    The Pilates Body Class is our Signature flow, targeting the full body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen and balance your body, tone and sculpt your assets- this class will get your heart up, have you breaking a sweat and feeling the burn.

  • 30min Full Body 3 SATISFYING & (INTENSE)

    The Pilates Body Class is our Signature flow, targeting the full body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen and balance your body, tone and sculpt your assets- this class will get your heart up, have you breaking a sweat and feeling the burn.

  • 30min Full Body 4 (INTENSE)

    The Pilates Body Class is our Signature flow, targeting the full body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen and balance your body, tone and sculpt your assets- this class will get your heart up, have you breaking a sweat and feeling the burn.

  • 35min Women's & Men's 1 (SATISFYING & INTENSE)

    This workout is the perfect way to familiarise the pilates moves. Working with x3 rounds 50 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds and x8 different moves, this class will help you feel energised whilst working the entire body.

  • 30min Women's and Men's 2 (INTENSE)

    This class is the same structure as part 1! 50 seconds, 40 seconds and 30 second rounds with 4 exercises x 2! Encourage a man in your life to take this class.

  • 35min Post Holiday Workout (INTENSE)

    A post holiday workout to kickstart your body and mind back into a fitness and health routine. How this class is structured? I'll give you an exercise, we'll work for 1 full minute and then we'll burn that same muscle group as we keep building on each exercise!! If you need to stop and take break...

  • 30min Yoga Inspired Power Class (SATISFYING & INTENSE)

    This yoga inspired class is power flow. Build the heat in the body, creating length, strength and awareness in your body. Stay connected to your breath and keep the focus on your mat. Have a beautiful class.

  • 25min Yoga Inspired Class (CHILL)

    This beautiful flow will open your mind and body leaving you feeling strong and grounded. Keep the focus and stay connect to the breath whilst finding space and length within your body.

  • 30min Fluid Flow (SATISFYING)

    I want to imagine you're working through water for the entire class to add resistance and fluty throughout the class. This call will give you energy and help you feel light, open and connected!
