This slow burn Pilates Class is all about connecting back to your body, using resistance, control and technique. Keep coming back to your breath in this class, be mindful and take the moment slowly.. the slower the better!
This workout is the perfect way to familiarise the pilates moves. Working with x3 rounds 50 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds and x8 different moves, this class will help you feel energised whilst working the entire body.
