This is a visualisation calm class. Imagine you're looking up at the most beautiful sky, the stars are twinkling, there's not lights around, it's just you look up at the sky. Find a comfortable seated potion, or if you'd prefer, lay down.
A lot of us can feel anxiety during the day and it's important to bring awareness into our daily practise. This class will allow you to be ok with what you're feeling. Give yourself the love, kindness and gratitude you deserve.
The Pilates Calm classes are about wellbeing, giving yourself some time to connect to your mind, body and breathe. Bringing you into the present moment and allowing you to disconnect from the world and any stress or anxiety you might have. Take a moment to be calm.
