This workout is the perfect way to familiarise the pilates moves. Working with x3 rounds 50 seconds, 40 seconds, 30 seconds and x8 different moves, this class will help you feel energised whilst working the entire body.
This 5min stretch is a simple way for you to stretch at night, in bed or on the floor when you're watching T.V. Put this stretch on 2-3x a week to really start to feel the mobility in your body. Give your body time to unwind, switch off and relax.
