    This class is structure with x8 exercises that we will do x3 times through. The first round is 1min, 50 seconds and then 40 seconds. Grab some water and remember if you need to stop throughout the class, take a break, listen to your body and enjoy being on your mat.

  • 20min Booty Burn 2 (SATISFYING & INTENSE)

    This booty burn is structured in x3 rounds. Round 1 = 50 seconds, round 2 = 40 seconds, round 3 = 30 seconds! All booty... all the burn! Gluts are so important to work because it helps support your lower back, helps with postures prevents any injuries and of course... it makes your booty look good!

    The Pilates Goals Classes focus on those areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it... arms, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, flatten and strengthen the tummy and sculpt the arms.
