For all my beginners on the platform, this is a class to learn the foundational moves, to set your body up with the technique and to feel good! Remember when you start something new, it takes time. If you need to stop during the class that's ok, I want you to listen to your body and do what's right for you. It took me 1 year to fully grasp Pilates and I'm still learning, so don't worry if you don't get this the first time round. Be proud of yourself for choosing to be on your mat today, I'm proud of you. x x
