    This is a post holiday workout! I always encourage clients to take time to relax, switch off and really enjoy resting! This class will get you back into a workout routine as well as wake up and target those reseted muscles ;) Take breaks whenever you need! x x

    This class is all about decompressing! Let go of the long year, week or day you've had. Release the energy, and reconnect back to the breath and body, feel grounded and connected.

  • 10min Releasing Anxiety (CHILL)

    A lot of us can feel anxiety during the day and it's important to bring awareness into our daily practise. This class will allow you to be ok with what you're feeling. Give yourself the love, kindness and gratitude you deserve.

  • 30min Arms and Abs Class (SATISFYING & INTENSE)

    The Pilates Body Class focuses on your abs and arms with x3 rounds. Round 1 50 seconds, round 2 40 seconds, round 3 30seconds.Designed to strengthen your core and tone your arms, this class will get your heart up, have you feeling the burn.

  • 30min Pilates Morning Flow (INTENSE)

    This Pilates morning flow is a beautiful practice after a big nights sleep which will open up for body, get tour energy flowing to set you up for the day. Set an intention and set yourself up for the day ahead. Enjoy the movement! xx
