This is a strength and cardio class with the perfect mix of both! If you don't like cardio or jumping, you can still take this class with the modifications given! Keep The Pilates techniques and enjoy the burn!
This slow burn Pilates Class is all about connecting back to your body, using resistance, control and technique. Keep coming back to your breath in this class, be mindful and take the moment slowly.. the slower the better!
